Berry Smoothie -- yum!!!

Dearies -- unfortunately the ether of the www has eaten or absorbed several questions or comments to the blog. As you can see, AT has not been posting. Please know that technical problems have been causing comments to not appear and posts to be lost on the site. I am told that all technical issues have been resolved and I am ready to blather on about life and Splenda at will...

Is it ever to early to prepare for bikini season? Depends on who you ask. AT says "no!" Why?

Because, fit and healthy bodies are not seasonal concepts...they are the product of daily lifestyle choices. Low-cal eating that is loaded with nutrient packed foods and regular physical activity form the foundation for that year round "bikini body" -- and I am referring to the ladies. Guys -- do us all a favor and keep the board shorts!!

By making simple substitutions now, significant pounds can be gone (and never found again) by summertime...Off with those winter pounds. Let's get started with this simple smoothie recipe from CalorieControl.org.

Berry Simple Smoothie
*Makes 3 servings
2 cups frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup lite cranberry juice
1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular

Thanks elaine! BTW -- elaine (a good friend) looks exactly like the Elle Woods character of Legally Blond fame...or maybe she reminds me more of the Hawaiian blonds in the tropical drink pic?

I look exactly like Brad Pitt so please introduce me. Oh wait, this is not the right blog for that. It is good to know sugarfree attracts good looking people. Should we start posting some pics?
