Who's got soul?

In honor of Black History Month, which is celebrated throughout February, a good friend asked me to feature some low-calorie, low-fat soul food recipes. This was a welcome assignment for me, since I live within walking distance to some of the best soul food restaurants in Atlanta - places I try not to visit too frequently due to their high-calorie (read: delicious!!) menu content. So imagine my happiness upon finding several yummy-looking, relatively low-fat recipes on sites such as, Weight Watchers and Hungry Girl. Check it out!
